Since their opening in 2022, we’ve been lucky enough to discover the new Halles d’Issy Biltoki, a brand-new 1,000-square-meter food market. Located on the outskirts of Paris, it’s a truly enticing and original place to visit. With its focus on crafts and food, the Halles Biltoki represents a new, convivial and authentic rendezvous for all the capital’s gourmets.
A giant new food market at the gateway to Paris
As the weather in Paris warms up, we’re looking forward to a little outing. Fortunately, the city’s food scene is in full swing! Every day, there’s a new heart-warming announcement to make our mouths water.
Inaugurated on Gustave Eiffel ‘s initiative in 1883, Les Halles d’Issy-les-Moulineaux has been neglected over the years. In 2022, they underwent a veritable fountain-of-youth renovation, and are now home to a giant food market! In the new Halles Biltoki, you’ll find numerous stalls dedicated to the food trade. Bakery, cheese shop, greengrocer, wine merchant, rotisserie and fishmonger: all the best products are on display in the stalls of this large hall.
But that’s not all… Caterers and restaurateurs are also present. For example, you can enjoy a delicious oriental bowl at Couscous House, tasty mezzes at Chez le Libanais or delicious empanadas at Anto’Jao.
As you’ll have guessed, this is a place of all possibilities and culinary pleasures on the outskirts of Paris.
