For once, Chanel will be taking part in the not-to-be-missed “Jardins, jardin” event. For the occasion, Chanel will unveil its new ephemeral garden, a veritable Garden of Eden in the city. An olfactory and botanical tour that promises to be a thing of beauty…

Jardins, jardin: an ode to nature

This year, the “Jardins, jardin” event celebrates its 20th anniversary. This time, it’s in the grounds of Villa Windsor. From May 29 to June 2, 2024, discover the most beautiful wonders of the garden, in the heart of a green setting. Here, professionals and lovers of plants, flowers and landscapes mingle. And for this 20th edition of the event, “Jardins, jardin” unveils its new theme: cultivated nature. The very essence of this theme? Supporting the nature-culture coalition, an infinite source of life and inspiration.

This year, Chanel opens its brand new ephemeral garden. After unveiling Chanel Garden N°1 in 2022 then opened the doors to its dreamlike garden at the Tuileries in 2023 a change of scenery for Chanel. And for this new ephemeral garden, what better setting than the Parc de la Vila Windsor in Paris’ Bois de Boulogne?

After Camellia and orange blossom, Iris Pallida sublimated at the heart of the ephemeral garden by Chanel

After having honored May rose, geranium from Grasse, camellia and orange blossom, Chanel is now sublimating Iris Pallida -the House’s iconic flower- with its floral, powdery, woody scent. Yes, the scent of Iris Pallida is present in several fragrances from the luxury brand. Such is the case of the iconic Chanel N°5, created by perfumer Ernest Beaux for Gabrielle Chanel. Iris Pallida is also perfectly at home in N°19, La Pausa, or in Chanel’s “Comète” fragrance, just released this year. With this in mind, the House with the double C will be dedicating an exhibition to the iris in the heart of its Chanel ephemeral garden, bringing a gentle floral fragrance to the city…
