L’Espadon, the new kid on the block at the Ritz Paris
Only six months after its opening, the restaurant at the Ritz Paris made its grand entry into the Michelin guide. A great achievement for chef Eugénie Béziat! The cuisine is generous, locavore, inventive and inspired by the memories of the chef, who had the good fortune to travel to Africa as a child. There are also hints of Provence, a nod to her maternal origins. We particularly like the lobster with manioc and bissap, a real delight on the palate.

Perched on the 7ᵉ floor of the Cheval Blanc, this very pretty table takes on the codes of a traditional brasserie while retaining the rigor and precision of the finest starred addresses. The tempting menu offers dishes, some of which can be shared. This is the case, for example, with the côte de veau forestière and its jus de braisage en persillade. Perfectly cooked meat to suit all tastes! Enjoy it on the terrace, if possible, to take in the spectacular view of the Seine!
