A real trend for several years now, yoga is a so-called “gentle” sport that works the body’s deep muscles, flexibility and breathing. For some, yoga has become a way of life, focused on spirituality and the total well-being of body and mind. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, there’s sure to be a class for you in Paris.
Mama Yoga, for a gentle class

At Mama Yoga, we take time for ourselves in an ultra-benevolent atmosphere. Anna, the founder, wanted to create a true cocoon of well-being, where judgment and the spirit of competition are left in the checkroom. Here, each teacher takes the time to help you with your practice, and helps you gain confidence in yourself and your body! In these three cocooning studios, you’ll enjoy a moment to yourself to release the tensions of the week and work your muscles in depth. For those who like a challenge, we recommend our signature class: Dynamic Flow under infrared. A powerful, energizing flow that will challenge you. A favorite studio that we warmly recommend!
