Within a designated area of about 100 meters, Parisians will be able to cool off for free during the peak of the heatwave. This measure will be automatically renewed during every heatwave to provide the necessary relief for everyone.

Less than three weeks after the heatwave in late May, Paris and the rest of France are once again bracing for an intense heatwave. From Thursday through Sunday, temperatures will hover around 40°C and will not drop below 25°C at night…
This news is sure to delight thousands of Parisians looking for a bit of relief from the heat! At the same time, throughout July, about ten supervised swimming areas—including three on the Seine—will open.
