On August 31 and September 1, the incredible piscine de la Butte-aux-Cailles will be hosting a no less incredible activity! With Singing in the pool, a highly refreshing and unusual show revolving around the themes of water, the body and solidarity will be orchestrated in a highly atypical setting. We’re looking forward to seeing you there, so here’s one of the most unusual activities of the fall!
A Parisian swimming pool to host a formidable opera
In the 13th arrondissement, where you’ll find, for example, the superb Villa Daviel, the bucolic passage Bourgoin or some of the plus beaux emblèmes du street art à Paris, you can also stumble across one of Paris’s oldest swimming pools, namely that of the Butte-aux-Cailles. After a successful edition last season, the compagnie Harmonieuse Disposition returns to the 13th arrondissement institution on August 31 and September 1 to perform a poetic show with its feet in the water.
With Singing in the pool, a unique experience awaits you this fall! You’ll be up close and personal with the artists and their performance in a historic Parisian venue. During colorful and magical shows, pianists, apneists, artistic swimmers and lyrical singers will all come together to deliver an extraordinary performance.
Mark your calendars! Please note: swimwear is mandatory!
