GTA VI’s second trailer finally unveiled
On May 2, Rockstar Games announced a new release date for GTA VI: May 26, 2026, whereas the game was originally scheduled for the second half of 2025. But May 6, 2025 will remain a milestone for fans of the Grand Theft Auto saga. Rockstar Games surprised everyone by unveiling the much-anticipated second trailer for GTA VI. The trailer, posted on Rockstar’s official YouTube channel, offers a spectacular, never-before-seen glimpse of Vice City, the fictional Florida town where the story takes place.
The trailer features two protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, forming a duo with a modern “Bonnie & Clyde” dynamic. Their story begins after a robbery goes wrong, plunging them into a vast conspiracy that spans the fictional state of Leonida. Jason, portrayed as a gangster with a troubled past, and Lucia, recently released from prison with an electronic bracelet, must join forces to survive in this corrupt and dangerous world.
Visually, GTA VI impresses with its striking realism: dynamic lighting effects, extensive environmental detail, highly polished facial animations, and refined physics that make action scenes, such as night-time chases, particularly immersive. What’s more, the game promises an intense narrative experience, supported by a lively universe and cutting-edge technical execution that justify the extra development time. We can’t wait!
Once again, as is often the case in the video game industry, we’ll have to wait and see…
