The Centre Pompidou invites you to its video game festival
If you follow the cultural news in Paris with any regularity, you’ll be aware that the Center Georges Pompidou will close its doors for 5 years from 2025, and thatanother center in the Paris region will be built in Massy. We’ve only got 2 editions of Press Start left before the big closing, so we might as well make the most of it this autumn! We look forward to seeing you at Beaubourg from September 25 to 30, 2024, to take part in this wonderful gathering dedicated to video games.
While each year has its own theme, fear and horror were chosen for this 2024 edition. For thrill-seekers familiar with titles such as Outlast, Resident Evil and The Evil Within, this is a terrifying event not to be missed. On this occasion, you’ll be able to take part in numerous workshops, demonstrations, round tables and meetings on the subject.
But that’s not all: you can show off your skills in tournaments, take part in speedrun challenges or play it cool in the arcade. All in all, there’s a whole host of activities in store for this veritable mass of video games. All that’s left is to wait patiently before taking part.
