For once, the price of the Navigo pass will once again rise, from €88.80 in 2025 to €90.80 in 2026… That’s 1,000.80 euros a year! While nothing has yet been confirmed by RATP, which will announce its new fares in December, there is every reason to believe that an increase will be made. According to Ouest-France, initial estimates have been based on the inflation rate adopted by the government for 2026, which explains the possible increase of 2.3% compared with last year…
An increase in the Navigo pass that could exceed €1,000 a year…

In 10 years , the Navigo pass has risen by 10%! Parisians are beginning to know this by heart, and it’s taking its toll on their finances. Although Île-de-France Mobilités has yet to confirm the official amount of the increase in your transport passes, we do know that it will affect several packages. The monthly Navigo pass, but also the Imagin’R pass, used by many students. Already increased in September, this pass should be raised again in September 2026….
We also know that the increase should not exceed two euros, in line with the protocol for financing Ile-de-France transport with the government signed by Valérie Pécrese in 2023. It remains to be seen whether this commitment will actually be kept…
A high price to finance lengthy works
