The capital’s most popular culinary festival, Taste of Paris is set to make its grand return to the capital from May 21 to 24, under the Grand Palais’s immense glass roof. For four days, this gastronomic event will bring together renowned chefs, rising stars, and artisans for a gourmet immersion in the Parisian culinary scene.
Organized like a giant restaurant, the event will operate as usual with several daily sessions, generally from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Visitors will be able to move between the stands, sample different dishes, and watch top-notch culinary demonstrations.
As for the concept, there will be pop-up restaurants run by chefs who will present their signature dishes in tasting-sized portions. The event will bring together dozens of chefs, ranging from Michelin-starred chefs to emerging talents, allowing the public to discover different cuisines all in one place. For the 2026 edition, the participation of Stéphanie Le Quellec, Paul Pairet, Nina Métayer, Danny Imbroisi, as well as Philippine Jaillet and Charles Neyers has already been confirmed.

Beyond the tastings, Taste of Paris will also offer live demonstrations and culinary workshops. These sessions will allow visitors to watch chefs at work, learn certain techniques, and gain a better understanding of current culinary trends. Around fifty artisans and producers will also be on hand to showcase their products at a charming artisanal market.
Each year, the event attracts around 30,000 visitors who come to enjoy this concentration of restaurants and culinary experiences in a unique setting. With its accessible format and varied program, Taste of Paris has established itself as one of the major gastronomic events of the spring. It’s an opportunity to discover the latest culinary trends and sample the cuisine of renowned chefs without leaving the capital.
