There’s no shortage of all-you-can-eat brunches in Paris, but few let you spot Notre-Dame, the Sacré-Cœur, and the Eiffel Tower between trips to the buffet. Located on the 25th floor of the Tours Duo, the TOO Restaurant offers a 60-euro brunch package every Sunday, featuring a sweet-and-savory buffet and a choice of hot dishes. The dining room, perched 120 meters above the ground, also overlooks the Seine and much of eastern Paris.

The buffet starts with everything you’d expect from a generous brunch: croissants, pains au chocolat, pancakes, Liège waffles, yogurt, and breads by Benoît Castel. Jams, honey, maple syrup, and spreads let you put together a sweet and indulgent first plate before moving on to the savory options.

Smoked salmon, guacamole, Serrano ham, turkey pastrami, cheeses, and salads, for example, make up another section of the buffet. You’ll also find scrambled or soft-boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, sautéed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and baby potatoes. For dessert, you’ll have to choose between chocolate, cheesecake, flan, petit baba, and lemon tart.
In addition to the all-you-can-eat buffet, each guest chooses a dish served at the table. The menu features eggs Benedict plain, with bacon, or with smoked salmon, as well as a small portion of teriyaki salmon, Angus beef gyoza with sautéed pak choi, or a chakchouka made with organic eggs and feta. Fresh orange or grapefruit juice and a hot beverage are also included in the package.

The food is a big draw, but the view is obviously the main attraction at TOO Restaurant. Large floor-to-ceiling windows surround the dining room designed by Philippe Starck, offering views of Paris in several directions. Depending on your table, you can look out over the Seine, the rooftops of the 13th arrondissement, or the monuments of downtown Paris—all without any obstructions.
