At Vesper, brunch isn’t all about the usual trio of bacon, pancakes, and scrambled eggs. At this Art Deco restaurant on Avenue Bosquet, they prefer to look to Tokyo for inspiration, with an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet complemented by a full course served at the table. A generous brunch option worth trying in the 7th arrondissement, just a few minutes from the Champ-de-Mars.
A brunch with all-you-can-eat sushi—but that’s not all
Here, brunch takes the form of a rather well-thought-out semi-buffet. For 54 euros, guests can return to the sushi buffet as many times as they like and also enjoy pastries, hot beverages, and other items all-you-can-eat.

For the main course, three options are available on the menu. The first features eggs Benedict with a croissant, smoked salmon, avocado tartare, two poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce. The Tokyo-Paris version replaces the fish and avocado with sautéed mushrooms. Those who prefer to skip the classic brunch can also choose the miso-roasted cockerel, served with steamed rice.
References to Japan are clearly present, but the meal retains the essence of a Parisian Sunday lunch: you take your time, share several trips to the buffet, and finish with a more substantial main course.
A champagne package for those special Sundays
As for the setting, Vesper offers an Art Deco atmosphere with a large bar, velvet banquettes, and intricate decor. The restaurant also has a terrace, which comes in handy when Paris finally gets some sunshine.

For Sundays worth celebrating, you can also upgrade to the premium option. Priced at 95 euros, it adds champagne to the classic brunch. Families can also choose a children’s option for 25 euros, which includes the buffet, hot beverages, and a choice of either breaded fish and fries or crispy chicken and fries.
Served every Sunday starting at 11:30 a.m., this brunch offers an appealing alternative to hotel buffets and coffee shops, which are often packed. Reservations are strongly recommended: between the all-you-can-eat sushi, the proximity to the Eiffel Tower, and the restaurant’s decor, Vesper has everything it takes to fill its dining room quickly.
