A highly anticipated new restaurant is set to open in the heart of the capital. Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef, will open a brand new restaurant in Paris in fall 2026. The restaurant will be located in the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain on Rue de Rivoli, in the heart of the 1st arrondissement.
A new restaurant by Anne-Sophie Pic in the capital
This new project accompanies the renewal of the foundation, which will leave its historic building on Boulevard Raspail at the end of 2025 to move into a new setting in the heart of the capital. The restaurant will be an integral part of this future cultural venue, designed as an open space combining contemporary art and a gastronomic experience.
This opening will mark a turning point for the chef. Her current Parisian restaurant, La Dame de Pic, is set to close before the inauguration of this new establishment. The future restaurant will offer cuisine faithful to Anne-Sophie Pic’s universe, inspired by her philosophy of creation and flavor combinations. Guests will be able to discover new recipes created especially for this venue, in a setting designed as an extension of her gastronomic universe.
In addition to the restaurant, a signature bar is also set to open, with a cocktail menu designed to complement the cuisine. The group’s sommelier, Paz Levinson, will be involved in developing this offering, to provide a complete experience around pairings and mixology.
The opening is scheduled for fall 2026, one year after the inauguration of the new Fondation Cartier spaces. With this future address, Anne-Sophie Pic confirms her attachment to the capital and her desire to renew her Parisian offering. This highly anticipated project is set to quickly become one of the most talked-about culinary openings of 2026!
