This summer, a new 5,000 m² art center will open its doors on Île Seguin, right at the Pointe des Arts. It will feature an exhibition space as well as a cinema, a bar, shops, offices, and a panoramic terrace covering more than 1, 000 m² overlooking the Seine. A place that definitively establishes Île Seguin as an island of the arts par excellence.
A new art center on the outskirts of Paris
Located in Boulogne-Billancourt, more specifically on Seguin Island, which is already home to the Seine Musicale, this future project will bring together the best of the current cultural scene. It will feature one of the largest Pathé cinemas in Europe, with eight state-of-the-art theaters, including an IMAX theater,as well as a 5,000 m² multidisciplinary cultural center, including a spectacular hall dedicated to contemporary creation.

– new cultural center in Paris
But that’s not all. Shopping enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice with the new 7,500 m² shopping area located right next door. It will feature restaurants, bars, cafés, and all kinds of shops. You can also sunbathe all year round on the 1,200 m² panoramic terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Gauthier-Mougin departmental park. The perfect opportunity to stroll along the waterfront!
Work began in 2022 and is expected to be completed next fall for the art center and this summer for the cinema. With any luck, the new line 15, which will serve this area, will already be operational to take you there. In any case, we can’t wait to go!
