Absent in 2024 due to the Olympic Games, the Lollapalooza contemporary music festival returns with its batteries fully charged in 2025. See you in July for three days with David Guetta, Justin Timberlake and Olivia Rodrigo!
Lollapalooza returns in July 2025
Created in 1991 by the lead singer of the group Jane’s Addiction, Lollapalooza was first held in the United States, near Chicago. The event has since been exported to Brazil, Germany and France, where it is an annual hit with music festival fans.
The American festival, which has been in France since 2017, was forced, much to the regret of its loyal spectators, to forego organizing an edition in July 2024 in view of the Olympic Games. This year off due to exceptional circumstances enabled the organizers to focus on 2025! The event returns with a 6th edition tailored to festival-goers who love pop, electro and urban music!
A Lollapalooza Paris 2025 with a muscular program
Every July, thousands of spectators gather at the Hippodrome de Longchamp to enjoy a 100% contemporary music program, packed with popular international artists and young talent! Rock, hip hop, electro, pop…. In just a handful of editions, The Weekend (2017), Depeche Mode (2018) and Kendrick Lamar (2023) have come and gone! Who will take over this summer?
The two big concerts will undoubtedly be those delivered by the star of the French electro scene, dj and producer David Guetta, and the “prince of pop”, Justin Timberlake. While the former will be setting the Hippodrome lawn on fire with his crowd-pleasing hits, the latter will be thrilling festival-goers with his unstoppable groove hits!
They won’t be the only ones to shine at this 2025 edition of Lollapalooza Paris. Pop artist Olivia Rodrigo will be headlining on Friday July 18. The same day will also see British rock sensation The Last Dinner Party, Trym and Shaboozey.
On Saturday, Macklemore, Jacob Collier and Feid will be on stage, and on Sunday, Raye, Ive, Tems, Busy P, Zaho and Saint Levant! And that’s not all: Almost Monday, Balu Brigada, Nathy Paluso, INJI, Deer Jade, Finneas and Benson Boone will also be on stage, along with other artists to be announced soon!
