As you know, during the summer, the RATP takes advantage of the vacation season to implement several changes to its lines… But some construction work will continue well beyond the summer. Heads up if you usually take Line 6! Starting in September, the line will be completely closed on Sundays, September 6 and 20. Yes, you read that right— no trains will run along the entire line, between Charles de Gaulle–Étoile and Nation.
And unfortunately, the same will be true on October 4, 11, and 18, as well as November 8 and 22. The modernization of Line 6 requires a complete halt to train service… But don’t panic—the RATP has announced that replacement buses will be provided on those days. These buses will serve the section between Charles de Gaulle-Étoile and La Motte-Picquet–Grenelle. Bus Route 71 will also be reinforced.
