As you know, every year the RATP begins renovation work on its lines. Metro, RER, Transilien… almost every line is affected. July won’t be spared, as Line 12 is once again set to close part of its route for nearly 15 consecutive days… Which is sure to complicate your future trips once again…
Line 12 partially closed in July
If you were planning to take Line 12 “at a leisurely pace” this summer, those plans will unfortunately be derailed. After closing every Wednesday in June between Porte de Versailles and Mairie d’Issy, it’s going to be a hassle again in July.

From July 16 to 26, the line will be closed between Jules Joffrin and Concorde… The section between Porte de Versailles and Mairie d’Issy will be closed on July 1, 5, 8, and 9 (inclusive) starting at 10 p.m. That’s 15 days of hassle just in the month of July for all riders…
To compensate for the 11-day closure affecting the 10 stations on Metro Line 12, bus routes 42, 60, and 80 will be reinforced. In the meantime, and as always, don’t hesitate to work from home if possible or plan your trips in advance by taking a different metro line or another mode of transportation! Good luck to everyone.
