If you’re a regular viewer of Top Chef, you’re no doubt familiar with the legendary “restaurant wars” competition! This year, the competition was tough, and three top restaurants dazzled the jury. One of them, La Planque, a Mafia-themed restaurant, is about to open in Paris!
A short-lived restaurant run by three Top Chefs
For one weekend only, former Top Chef 2025 contestants Charles Neyers, Charlie Anne and Quentin Mauro will combine their creativity to create La Planque, an ephemeral restaurant designed for three evenings only, from Thursday, October 23 to Saturday, October 25, 2025. The venue? A space transformed for the occasion in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Set up at Ammazza, La Planque will play the total immersion card. You’ll enter through a film noir-style Italian grocery store, before a curtain opens on a secret room where white tablecloths, candelabras and period crockery set the tone. On the menu: a menu inspired by Italy, conceived as a story around aperitivo, gourmet dinner and cocktail bar.
For €90, guests are invited to enjoy a three-course dinner. There’s a “revisited cacio e pepe”, followed by a daring main course: melting veal, caponata, taggiasche olives before a dessert of affogato cold coffee and guanciale. Optional: food and cocktail pairings from +35 €. Enough to make your mouth water before you even sit down to eat.
