To kick off the festivities, we recommend the crispy rice and its incredibly melt-in-your-mouth salmon tartar. The Mexican fajitas with gambas are also delicious, and well-spiced. A real treat that will take you to the depths of Mexico!
When it comes to cocktails, the bar surprises us with spectacular creations that are as beautiful as they are delicious. We loved the Terre Brûlée, made with amber rum and tonka cinnamon syrup. But if you prefer sweet cocktails, we recommend the Parrot: Amaretto, white rum and orgeat syrup! Inspired by the flavors of Latin America, this fruity cocktail stands on its own. Sweet tooths will be delighted!
