He’s had audiences dancing in Ibiza, Coachella, and Buenos Aires before even setting up a turntable in his own capital. That’s about to change: Hugel, the ultra-streamed DJ, is set to make his Parisian debut at a completely new venue, for a night that promises to be unforgettable—10 hours of music under a 17-meter-high glass roof, for 5,000 people.
A Paris debut for one of today’s most-streamed DJs
Join us on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Cité du Cinéma in Saint-Denis to see Hugel behind the turntables for the very first time in the capital. A date that falls right in the middle of Paris Fashion Week, to “get the girls dancing”—Hugel’s motto. And the Marseille-based DJ and producer arrives with some serious credentials: his tracks “Bam Bam” and “Moving to the Sun” rank among the most Shazamed songs of the summer, racking up a combined total of over 350 million streams on Spotify. A weekly resident at Hï Ibiza and Wynn Las Vegas, the artist has established himself as one of the most effective ambassadors of “solar house,” blending Afro House with Latin influences.
The Cité du Cinéma, the perfect setting for an electronic music night
For this special event, head to a venue that’s a complete departure from the usual clubs: the Cité du Cinéma, the complex conceived by director Luc Besson, recently renovated and transformed into an events and cultural hub. Just like at the inaugural Final Cut party featuring Patrick Mason and Olympe4000, the audience will take their seats beneath a monumental 17-meter-high glass roof for an evening designed as a true mini-festival: 10 hours of non-stop music, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a food court and an outdoor area along the Seine. The venue is easily accessible and directly served by Line 14.
A carefully curated lineup
To join him, Hugel has assembled a particularly strong lineup: producer Agoria, a key figure in the French electro-techno scene; Guy Gerber; the young French duo Chambord; and Ukrainian DJ Kate Zubok.
Behind this event is Big Dream, an event production company that has notably produced eleven Solomun shows as well as several editions of Circoloco Paris, Black Coffee, and Keinemusik. In short, the organization is in good hands.
