After inviting us to immerse ourselves in its magnificent “Egyptian Dream”, inviting us to its “Love Evening” for Valentine’s Day, and inviting us to take part in its very special workshops and tours, the brilliant Rodin museum is back again! For Halloween, the former hôtel particulier invites us into its gardens for its “Welcome to Hell” evening. It’s sure to be a thrilling evening.
An evening in hell awaits you at the Rodin Museum for Halloween
Every October, it’s the same old story: a wind of terror sweeps through the capital as the evening of the 31st and Halloween draw nearer. And while many institutions are getting in on the act, none is offering a more unusual evening than the Musée Rodin. For the big night, you’re invited to the museum’s gardens! “Welcome to Hell” sets the tone for an adventure as terrifying as it is cultural!
The meeting point is in front of the famous Porte de l’Enfer, the museum’s emblematic work, where projections and artistic performances will be orchestrated, all with a somewhat terrifying soundtrack. What follows is a truly immersive journey! You’ll have to make your way through the “dark undergrowth” and meet some curious characters. If you manage to brave all the dangers of this madcap adventure, your evening can conclude in the garden’s ephemeral bar, where all manner of “elixirs, poisons and treats” have been concocted. A great way to reward yourself after a thrilling evening.
So, will you dare to pass through the museum’s doors for this frightful evening?
