A secret guinguette hidden in a royal estate just outside Paris
Nestled in the heart of the royal estate of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Guinguette 1124 is the perfect place to prolong summer in the best possible way. In the shade of the estate’s century-old trees, you’ll love lounging on the deckchairs, sipping a homemade lemonade. And new this year is the boulodrome! You’ll be able to play pétanque free of charge with your friends, in the shade of the parasols. If that doesn’t smell like summer and sunshine….

Of course, like all guinguettes, sweet and savoury delights are on the menu: Nutella crêpes, homemade ice creams, as well as mixed salads at lunchtime or charcuterie boards to share… The menu changes regularly to reflect the flavors of summer… On weekdays, you can take advantage of low prices during Happy Hours from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with a pint of beer for 3.50 euros! To be consumed, of course, in moderation (but you know that!).

Last but not least, if you’re feeling restless, you can rent bicycles on site to discover the estate from every angle. Cost: 10 euros per adult and 7 euros per child for 1 h rental.
La Guinguette 1124 is an absolutely charming place, to be discovered every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until October!
