- 120 g brown sugar
- 120 g sugar
- 175 g butter
- 1 egg
- 300 g T45 flour
- 6 g baking powder
- 190 g milk chocolate
- 190 g dark chocolate
- 1 pinch salt
Cyril Lignac cookie recipe steps
1- In a bowl, cream the 175 g butter (i.e. make it soft). Mix with the 120 g brown sugar and 120 g sugar.
2- Whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
3- Add the whole egg and mix again.
4- Add the 300 g flour, 6 g baking powder and a pinch of salt. To avoid lumps, gently pour the flour into your mixer, then mix in stages.
5- Cut the dark and milk chocolate into large chunks to obtain nice nuggets. Add to the dough.
6- Leave the dough in the fridge (minimum 1h, ideally overnight).
7 – Once rested, shape into balls, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave some space between each cookie!
8 – Bake at 170° for 10 minutes. Then leave to rest for a few minutes before tasting.
We recommend you enjoy these delicious cookies with a hot chocolate for an extra touch of indulgence.
