With the Paralympic Games Closing Ceremony just around the corner, it’s time for Fashion Week! This year’s not-to-be-missed fashion event will take place from September 23 to October 1, 2024 to be exact. And here’s an announcement that should delight fashion addicts: like last year, L’Oréal Paris will be holding a FREE fashion show in the capital. But which venue has been chosen to succeed the prestigious parvis de la Tour Eiffel? And which muses will take part in this year’s free-access XXL catwalk in Paris, fashion capital of the world?
Fashion Week: the L’Oréal Paris catwalk show returns in September
While Fashion Week is in full swing in the City of Light, L’Oréal Paris is putting the spotlight on fashion with its traditional XXL catwalk show. This year’s eagerly-awaited seventh edition will focus on strong themes, such as sisterhood, inclusion, and the fusion of beauty expertise and fashion. Values upheld by the iconic brand, and represented by a cast as eclectic as it is prestigious. “Magnifaïk!” as Cristina Cordula would say!
A FREE fashion show: Because YOU are worth it!
And while most Fashion Week shows are not easily accessible to the public, the L’Oréal Paris show stands out. Not only is it accessible, it’s also free. Last year, with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop, the L’Oréal show had the crowds going wild. And it’s easy to see why. Numerous L’Oréal muses attended, including Eva Longoria, Kendall Jenner and French singer Yseult.
After the Eiffel Tower square, the Place de l’Opéra
But which venue has been chosen for 2024? And which headliners will take part in this huge catwalk? After the Eiffel Tower, the famous cosmetics brand will meet the public on September 23 at 8.30pm, Place de l’Opéra. In the cast, fashion lovers will be delighted to find Eva Longoria and Kendall Jenner, regulars at the event. Andie MacDowell, Jane Fonda, Viola Davis, Cindy Bruna, Marie Bochet and Leïla Bekthi will also be taking part. “Because they’re worth it”.
Called “Walk You Worth”, the L’Oréal Paris 2024 fashion show is resolutely feminist. Open to all, it will be broadcast live free of charge on Instagram, on the L’Oréal Paris website and on Roblox. And to be part of the audience on September 23, register here. New places will be available soon.
