Until November 4, 2024, comics take over the Centre Pompidou building with La BD à tous les étages, a huge celebration of comics at every level. As part of this XXL retrospective, Comics: 1964-2024, retraces the chronology of the greatest comic artists of this period with an exhibition that’s definitely out of the box.

Join us on level 6 of Galerie 2 at the Centre Pompidou for this ground-breaking exhibition, which explores the modern and contemporary history of comics in all their diversity. Visitors are immersed in a wide range of worlds, from the masters of Franco-Belgian comics to Japanese manga and American comic books.
During this great journey through the cosmos of com ics, large sets of plates, cover drawings, notebooks, as well as elements of documentation are presented, in order to cover as broad a spectrum of comics as possible.
