The big brother of Dame and its seventies ambience, Bonhomme was born of the desire of three friends to create a place where gourmandise, sharing and conviviality go hand in hand . Thus began the adventure in 2022. Since then, many local residents have made this neighborhood canteen their own. In September 2025, chef Maksym Zorin officially joined the party behind the stove. Having worked at La Datcha and with the Ducasse Group, the chef is showing his vision of French gastronomy while adding a touch of his native Ukraine.
And so, with a sensibility all his own, the chef has constructed a refined menu, emphasizing the importance of products, and above all, the sauces that bind them together. And while the menu changes with the seasons, creativity is evident on every plate. Trout ravioli, pâté en croute or leek mimosa: from the moment the meal kicks off, a festival of flavors and textures awaits us.
Then it’s time for the main course to continue the culinary adventure. Right now, if three options make up the menu, there’s no mistaking the choice between gnocchi with walnuts and gorgonzola espuma, poached sea bass with broccoli and mussels, and Gâtinais poultry with carrots. Straightforward flavors in every bite, right through to dessert. Special mention must go to the citrus millefeuille with white chocolate sauce: a perfect way to end the meal on a high note. And to accompany the chef’s dishes, count on the sommelier’s expertise and his fine selection of French wines. From the big names to natural wines, there’s something for everyone.
A great neighborhood address, and one that’s affordable too. With its €29 starter-main course-dessert lunch menu, Bonhomme opens the door to gastronomy at a reasonable price. A must-try!
