To all the foodies in the capital: a new vegetarian restaurant is opening in Paris next March. And behind the stoves, we’ll find a chef we’re starting to know well: Mehdi Favri. It’s thanks to him that we have Maslow in Temple and Fellows on Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis. This time, for his third restaurant, foodies will be heading to the Saint-Germain market in the 6th arrondissement. Opening on March 6, Fellows Saint-Germain plans to treat 74 people to a free meal!
A new vegetarian restaurant in Paris
This new temple of vegetarianism and good food will open on March 6 at 2 Rue Félibien in the 6th arrondissement. It’s a magnificent location, spread over two floors covering almost 200 m². The first 74 customers will be very lucky, as they’ll be able to sample the menu without paying a single cent.

All you have to do is follow the Instagram account fellows_restaurants, then like and comment on the restaurant’s page. You have until March 5 to participate before letting fate decide! The lucky winners will be announced on the Instagram account on March 5.
The highest-rated restaurant in France is in Paris!
Those who have already tasted Fellows’ cuisine will tell you: it’s devilishly good! And in September 2025, this was confirmed when the chef and his entire team earned the title of France’s highest-rated restaurant thanks to Maslow Temple, which opened last year. A magnificent, all-red venue offering the best of Medhi’s expertise: sublime vegetarian dishes. Potato churros, oyster mushroom tempura… more than 16,000 reviews have been collected, resulting in a magnificent rating of 4.9 stars out of 5. A remarkable achievement for France’s largest vegetarian restaurant.

With this third location, we’re sure you’ll enjoy yourself! You’ll taste delicious fresh pasta, creamy to perfection and always free of animal protein! See you on March 5 for the results of the draw and March 6 for the official opening!
