Maslow Temple: the biggest vegetarian restaurant in Paris
Did you like Fellows , the stylish vegan pasta restaurant? Or Maslow? The trio of Mehdi Favri, Julia Chican and Marine Ricklin are back with a vengeance, opening a third vegetarian address: Maslow Temple. And believe us, this one packs a punch!
Quite simply, it’s the biggest vegetarian restaurant in Paris! Three levels, 140 seats, including 60 on the sun-drenched terrace, and 100% vegetarian and pet-friendly dishes. And if you thought you’d find the same signature dishes you’d find at these other restaurants, think again!

Here you’ll find Japanese-inspired cuisine, such as tempura with oyster mushrooms or okonomiyaki (a kind of cabbage omelette with vegetables), as well as tapas dishes like potato churros to share (or not).

The verdict? It’s good, it’s original and, above all, it’ s always low-impact. Maslow is committed to sourcing from farms located less than 200 km from the capital, in keeping with their eco-responsible approach. The team favors regenerative, organic or sustainable agriculture, which is as good for the planet as it is for our taste buds! Good to know, some dishes are gluten-free and veganizable, to satisfy all appetites and gourmets. Expect to pay between €12 and €16 for a dish.
This third address officially opened on April 22! Until April 27, come and test the new menu and share your impressions, in exchange for 50% off your bill!
