From October 9 to 31, 2025, the 11th arrondissement will play host to Signature, the raviole bar imagined by Philippe Etchebest, already a hit in Bordeaux. After winning over the Gironde town with his creative, low-priced ravioles, the gastronomic maestro settles in rue Sedaine, between Bastille and Oberkampf, for a rendezvous as ephemeral as it is irresistible. But be warned: it’s only for three weeks, and it’s already shaping up to be the most gourmet food event of the autumn.
Star ravioli at a bargain price
The star of the menu? Philippe Etchebest’s street food version of pan-fried foie gras raviole with creamy mushroom sauce. But gourmets can also choose from three savory recipes:
- Foie gras, the irresistible classic.
- Vegetarian, with snacked eryngii mushroom.
- La truffée, with truffled white ham and truffled mushroom cream.
On the sweet side, it’s hard to resist the lemon meringue raviole, a tangy bestseller, or the cannelée, a Bordeaux twist on the traditional canelé with vanilla bavaroise, vanilla crumble and cannelé sauce.
All this is available in a gourmet formula at €19.90, including a savory raviole, a sweet raviole and a soup to accompany it.
From Bordeaux to Paris – the success of Philippe Etchebest’s raviole bar continues
The Signatureadventure began in September 2023 in Bordeaux, in the restaurant Le Quatrième Mur, where Philippe Etchebest was testing his foie gras ravioles in an ephemeral pop-up. The success was immediate, giving rise to a permanent bar. Today, he is transposing the concept to Paris, offering a relaxed alternative to gastronomy, without compromising on excellence.
