Just a few stops from the center of Paris, you can treat yourself to a dinner that feels more like a parade of skewers than a traditional meal. Located on Boulevard Victor in the 15th arrondissement, Rodizio Paris follows the same concept as Brazilian churrascarias: waiters circulate among the tables and carve the meat directly onto your plates. Once one skewer is finished, the next one usually arrives shortly thereafter.
Nine types of meat served all-you-can-eat directly at your table
Here, there’s no need to get up every time you want more meat. The passadores move through the dining room with long skewers and slice each cut right in front of the guests. Service continues as long as the table wishes to keep eating, allowing you to sample the different dishes without having to order multiple courses.
The selection includes nine cuts of meat, notably picanha—the signature cut of Brazilian churrascarias—as well as maminha, fraldinha, and alcatra, three cuts of beef that are less common on Parisian menus. Leg of lamb, linguiça sausage, bacon-wrapped chicken, chicken drumsticks, and chicken hearts round out the menu.

A Brazilian buffet to accompany the grilled meats
The meats are the heart of the meal, but they come with a buffet of sides that’s also all-you-can-eat. You’ll find rice, plantains, garlic-sautéed potatoes, vegetables, gratin dauphinois, and French fries. The most Brazilian elements include feijoada, made with black beans, as well as salads and farofa—that toasted cassava flour traditionally served with the meats.
The signature set menu is currently priced at 38 euros for both lunch and dinner, featuring the nine meats and all-you-can-eat sides. The restaurant also offers a vegetarian option without the skewers, as well as a children’s menu limited to two meats. A few appetizers can be ordered before the rodizio, including cheese pão de queijo, chicken coxinhas, or stuffed pastéis.
