Luminiscence‘s brilliant concept is to highlight the richness of France’s architectural heritage through immersive experiences. These 360-degree sound and light shows are the fruit of unique technological know-how, combining 3D modeling, video projection and spatialized sound to reveal the secrets of these historic monuments with a touch of magic. Right now, the spotlight is on the Église Saint-Eustache, a Gothic architectural gem in the heart of Les Halles.

Attention sportswear fans! Until April 7, as part of the 2024 Olympic Games, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris presents “Mode et Sport, d’un podium à l’autre“, an exhibition exploring the fascinating links between sports and the fashion industry, from ancient times to the present day. Through 450 pieces (clothing, accessories, paintings, sculptures, photos, drawings, magazines, posters, videos…), the MAD highlights the evolution of sportswear and its impact on contemporary fashion trends, from ready-to-wear to haute couture creations, worn by great designers such as Balenciaga and Off-White.
New immersive journeys at the Atelier des Lumières
In March, of course, the Atelier des Lumières is packed to the rafters with immersive journeys. Among them: Egypt of the Pharaohs, from Khéops to Ramsès II, The Orientalists, and Foreign Nature, a plunge into a dreamlike contemporary creation by Julius Horsthius. Using a computer, he fashions a universe combining art and mathematics, generating fractals. The profane and the spiritual harmonize, the boundary between organic and artificial becomes blurred, and macro and micro merge in this captivating visual journey.
