Nuit Blanche 2024 on June 1
The Nuit Blanche is still going strong! The proof is in the pudding: for the 2nd year running, and for 22 years in total, this nocturnal cultural extravaganza will be held in June, when the days get longer. On June 1, many museums and cultural venues will open their doors at night, to share with the Parisian public plays, exhibitions and other cultural demonstrations. And all free of charge. Grandes Eaux Nocturnes at the Château de Versailles from June 8
Every year in summertime, the Grandes Eaux Nocturnes attract crowds to the Château de Versailles. During a magical stroll, the fountains in the French gardens come alive and light up to the rhythm of the Sun King’s baroque music. Light shows, pyrotechnics, water effects…. When night falls, the gardens of the Château are transformed and glitter with a thousand lights. An enchanting stroll through the gardens of the Château, illuminated by water from June 8 to September 21, 2024. A magical experience not to be missed!
A visit to the Centre Pompidou

The musical immersive show at Église Saint-Eustache
Since February, the spotlight has been on the Église Saint-Eustache, nestled in the historic Halles district, whose secrets are revealed through Luminiscence, an immersive sound and light show. With its new format, the show invites you to enjoy a multi-sensory experience during sessions featuring live choir and organ music.
The Metropolitan Cultural Olympiad
As part of theCultural Olympiad, La Métropolitaine is joining in the celebration of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, showcasing artistic works linked to sport and the values of Olympism and Paralympism. From May 4 to September 15, 2024, La Métropolitaine will bring together 3 metropolitan art venues and present 13 artistic programs. Belleville Food Market on June 13
If you’re a gourmet or a regular on the capital’s food scene, you’re bound to have heard of the Belleville Food Market. One Thursday a month, it brings together the best restaurateurs in Paris, between Ménilmontant and Couronnes, to offer us the best of the world’s gastronomy around an enchanted market/cantine. Cabaret Sauvage summer festival June 11-16
The emblematic Cabaret Sauvage returns with its traditional annual rendezvous from June 11 to 16, 2024. This year, the pretty big top in the Parc de la Villette hosts a summer festival with an eclectic musical program that leaves no musical genre untouched. A unique and absolutely unusual place (the former pharmacy of Jean Cherqui, initiator of generic drugs in the 80s and a great collector), perfect for adding color to your Instagram or Tik Tok feed.
Hotel Dracula: an immersive experience at Galeries Montparnasse
Tremble, Parisians! From June 19 onwards, a brand-new immersive horror experience will be on show at Galeries Montparnasse. Based on the great myths of terror, this game lets the public become the hero of a story experienced (and suffered) in the first person. In a 1,000 m2 space featuring one of the world’s most advanced immersive and virtual reality technologies, 90 simultaneous participants will be able to walk the corridors of Hotel Dracula and discover the horror scenario behind each of its room doors.
The Yves Saint Laurent exhibition: Transparences, the power of materials
Culture lovers beware! If you haven’t seen it yet, go and see this haute couture exhibition. Until the end of August, the Musée YSL presents “Transparences, le pouvoir des matières”. The second chapter of a story begun last summer at the Cité de la Dentelle et de la Mode in Calais, this exhibition focuses on the transparency of materials. For the occasion, the Parisian museum invited curator Anne Dressen to look at transparency as YSL’s preferred artistic expression. A must-see!
Candlelight Fête de la Musique concerts
From Ludovico Einaudi and Queen to Hans Zimmer and Coldplay, Candlelight is back in the spotlight with a summer season that’s more eclectic than ever for the Fête de la Musique. And good news: it doesn’t just take place on June 21! This month, at the Maison de l’Océan, candlelight concerts light up your balmy Parisian summer evenings!
Freestyle 2024: hip-hop at La Villette on June 22 and 23
Espace Périphérique de la Villette celebrates street-style culture as part of the Cultural Olympiad. June 22 and 23, 2024 with the Freestyle event . On the program: battles, dance parades, sports competitions, concerts, upcycling workshops… All free of charge and without reservation. Solidays Festival, June 28-30
This year, Solidays is set to delight Parisian audiences with a polished program. From June 28 to 30, 2024, renowned artists such as Louise Attaque, Zola, Pomme, Diplo and many others are expected to take to the stage at the Hippodrome de Longchamp. The Art of The Brick LEGO® art exhibition
One of the most eagerly awaited (and unexpected) exhibitions of the season. The Art of The Brick – the world’s most popular LEGO® art exhibition – is on show at Galeries Montparnasse, with over 100 sculptures made from a million LEGO® bricks, including reproductions of such famous masterpieces as Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Edvard Munch’s Scream, Klimt’s Kiss, Rodin’s Thinker… as well as original creations by Brick Artist number 1, Nathan Sawaya. New this year: Organogenesis, a fascinating gallery of organs, and a mobile installation of 250 suspended skulls. Good news: the exhibition has been extended until mid-July.
