Regulars are well acquainted with Carlos, who greets customers and keeps the dining room lively, while his partner Enrique runs the kitchen. Volver fully embraces its reputation as a sportsmen’s hangout: PSG players, rugby players, polo players, and journalists are regulars at this spot in the 6th arrondissement.
However, the restaurant is more than just its decor. The menu focuses primarily on Argentine classics, starting with empanadas made on-site. They come in beef, chicken, cheese, or a vegetarian version, before giving way to the main events: bife de chorizo, picanha, beef tenderloin, and ribeye.
