This week, we learned that the two main carnivals in Paris have unfortunately been canceled. But just outside the capital, another carnival is still going ahead! In Vincennes, the second edition of this festive gathering is on track, and it already promises to be a great celebration for the whole family!
The second edition of the Vincennes Carnival is almost here!
Get your costumes and masks ready! After a colorful and lively 2025 edition, the Vincennes Carnival is back again this year! A highlight of the winter season, it will bring together young and old alike as Mardi Gras approaches, just like last year.

This year’s program includes parades through the city with mascots and stilt walkers, all set to the frenzied rhythm of batucada music. Open to all, this outdoor event is also an opportunity to come in costume! But if you don’t have a costume, the Vincennes city website offers masks to download, print, and color. It’s a chance to let your creativity run wild and parade with a touch of DIY.
The event will take place on February 14 at 2:30 p.m. at Place Pierre Semard, in the heart of the city.
📍Location: Vincennes Carnival – Place Pierre Semard – Vincennes
📆 Date: February 14, 2026, starting at 2:30 p.m.
