You’ve been dreaming about it for years… now it’s official! A Universal Studios park is to open in Europe for the very first time. For this ground-breaking opening, the new leisure park will be located just outside London, in Bedfordshire. Fans from all over the world will be able to stroll through the studio’s iconic worlds, such as Harry Potter’s Hogsmeade and Hogwarts Castle, Jurassic World’s lush jungle and its dangerous species and many more…. The park is expected to cover more than 200 hectares, and will be around 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris by air! See you around 2031.
Europe’s first Universal Studios park to open 1 h from Paris

Soon, you won’t have to envy our American or Japanese friends any longer, because a new Universal Studios park will be opening just outside Paris, in the suburbs of London to be precise. The park is already shaping up to be huge, covering some 200 hectares. While no license has yet been officially announced as being present in this first European park, there’s no doubt that the studio’s biggest names will be there. These include Harry Potter, Jurassic World, The Minions and Super Nintendo World, for which the studio holds the exploitation rights for its parks.

There are also plans for restaurants and hotels that will enable visitors to extend their stay. A hotel with over 500 rooms has already been announced as part of the project. While no official opening date has yet been announced, we do know that the park is due to open in… 2031!
