The adventure began in Brussels, before the brothers crossed borders to introduce their signature recipes to Parisians, opening two locations in the 2nd and 4th arrondissements.
Through this project, the founders are bringing to life their dream of bringing a piece of New York—a city particularly dear to the heart of one of them, who lived there for two years—to Europe. Their ambition is to celebrate high-quality ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship to offer a burger that rivals the best spots in New York City.
