Before filling venues on five continents, Dehaney Nia Lishahn Hunt grew up in Leeds listening to a pirate radio station run by her grandmother, a member of the Windrush generation who had arrived from Jamaica. It was in that living room— , a blend of gospel worship and pirate radio stations broadcasting jungle and R&B—that the seeds were sown for what would become Nia Archives, one of the iconic figures of the British electronic music scene. On December 5, 2026, she brings her Emotional World Tour to the Centquatre-Paris, better known as the 104.
The first jungle artist to be nominated twice for the Mercury Prize
In 2024, Nia Archives made history by becoming the first jungle artist nominated for the Mercury Prize. Twenty-six years later, she’s back in the running with her second album, *Emotional Junglist*, released in July 2026 on Island Records. This recognition comes on top of three BRIT Award nominations. The album features a stellar lineup of guest artists, including Jorja Smith on the track “Get Me Down” and Sampha on “Tender”—two hybrid collaborations that highlight the album’s eclectic blend of jungle, drum ’n’ bass, and neo-soul.
A 19-date world tour, with Paris as the only stop in France
The Emotional World Tour kicked off in Japan in early September 2026, before traveling through North America, then the United Kingdom and Europe in the fall. Paris is the only stop in France, between the Brussels and Dublin dates, before the tour concludes in Australia in early 2027. At Le 104, the venue offers a unique setting for this type of concert: a former industrial hall from the late 19th century, converted into a creative space, where the raw acoustics lend themselves particularly well to the artist’s powerful bass lines.
