A record-breaking festival that has Europe buzzing
With almost 4 million visitors in Spain, including 350,000 in one city alone, The Champions Burger has become much more than a simple gourmet event: it’s a veritable social and cultural phenomenon. This year, Paris has the honor of hosting the first international leg of this festival, already a cult event in Spain.
More than 20 food trucks will be outdoing themselves to seduce your eyes and taste buds : certified meats, artisan breads, and a host of culinary surprises. Imagine brioches covered in edible gold, blue or pink breads, sweet Iberian ham, aged red cheddar, bone marrow, guanciale jam, Japanese Wagyu beef or truffled cream cheese. ..
And to mark the entrance to this realm of gourmet delights, an imposing American-styleneon portico welcomes you in an atmosphere as festive as it is unforgettable.
The Champions Burger – the festival where the visitor is the jury, and it’s up to you to elect the champion burger of Paris!
Here, the public is the real jury. Armed with your smartphone, simply scan a QR code to vote for your favorite creation. The criteria? Bread, meat, ingredients, presentation and originality. At the end of the festival, 3 burgers will be crowned the winners of the Paris leg.
Admission is 100% free, and the event takes place every day from 11.30 a.m. to midnight, from September 25 to October 19, at the Val d’Europe shopping center (3 Cr de la Garonne, Serris).
