After a year’s absence due to the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, Taste of Paris returns to the historic nave of the Grand Palais. For four days of gourmet delights, starred chefs and visitors alike will come together to share their passion and celebrate the grandiose heritage of gastronomy!
Taste of Paris: everything you need to know about this brilliant culinary festival
Long-awaited by many, Taste of Paris is finally on our calendars for this beautiful spring season. From May 8 to 11, Paris’ biggest culinary festival celebrates its 10th edition. So, for this anniversary date, we’ve pulled out all the stops, as usual. In broad outline, a host of chefs will come together for a festive and convivial occasion, with workshops, experiments, gourmet markets and, of course, restaurants of all kinds.
For this 2025 vintage, no fewer than 50 chefs have agreed to meet in the nave of the Grand Palais. Among the big names, to name but a few, will be Mauro Colagreco, Stéphanie le Quellec, Nina Métayer and Juan Arbelaez. Fans of Top Chef will also be delighted, as many current and former contestants will be on hand.
At the heart of the event, numerous ephemeral restaurants will be set up and run by all these chefs, from up-and-coming talents to multi-starred chefs. Another major pillar on which the show is based, know-how and transmission, will be in the spotlight with masterclasses, demonstrations and traditional workshops. Of course, there will also be plenty of opportunities to indulge and stock up on the finest products, thanks to a gourmet market featuring producers and artisans from all over France. This year, mixology and spirits will once again have their place at the show, with wine, champagne and cocktail bars scattered throughout.
In short, there’ll be everything to celebrate gastronomy from around the world. Whether you’re a Parisian or just passing through, you’ll know what to do with your weekend!
