We love the movies! But let’s face it—with so many options sometimes playing in theaters, it’s hard to make up your mind… So we invite you to step a little outside your comfort zone by discovering the “surprise pick” at the Épée de Bois movie theater. The concept? Every first Monday of the month, catch a preview screening of a movie… without knowing what you’re in for!
A surprise movie every month at this Paris cinema
If you can never decide which movie to see, the L’Épée de Bois cinema in the 5th arrondissement does it for you! In fact, every first Monday of the month, they share their favorite movie with you! It’s a film shown as a preview, which you’ll discover right there in the theater.
That’s right—no clues are revealed before the screening to keep the surprise completely intact, and that’s exactly what makes it so cool! The film could be anything from an animated movie to a comedy or even an arthouse film. A feature-length film you probably would never have chosen to see on your own without the theater’s “surprise pick”!
This event is offered in partnership with AFCAE in Paris and throughout France. The next screenings are scheduled for November 2 and December 7! It’s sure to make you fall in love with cinema all over again.
