The only one of its kind in Paris and France, the Suisen wellness salon will transport you directly to the land of the rising sun! Massages, treatments and exclusive green teas: these are the ingredients that will offer you a welcome moment of disconnection from the hustle and bustle of Paris and the back-to-school blues. After the nap bar, this time we present another way to let go.
A temple to well-being in the heart of the Marais
“A symbol of spring, the Suisen or yellow narcissus is the emblem of the house. It invites us to take time for ourselves, to refocus and to experience true renewal.” This is how, in a few words, the spirit of this extraordinary establishment could be described. Designed and built like a real ryokan – a traditional Japanese inn – this little Marais stall has all the makings of an unusual, out-of-the-ordinary address.
Here, you’ll find all the attributes of a Japanese inn, starting with the decor. A perfect replica of an authentic ryokan, it features sliding doors, wooden partitions, bamboo floors and straw ceilings, all materials imported directly from the land of the rising sun.
With the stage set, all that’s left to do is slip on your slippers and relax! On the menu: gentle massages, of course, but also stretching and deep-breathing exercises. All treatments are based on shiatsu techniques, the fruit of many years of research and perfecting. On the tatami, you’ll be in the capable hands of the masseurs for a rare moment of relaxation. And to bring you back down to earth, the house offers a rich selection of excellent green teas, sourced directly from a Kakegawa producer.
A multi-sensory experience we recommend to all!
