On the 8th floor of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, the iconic Parisian skyline takes on an air of the French Riviera. Through August 31, this rooftop is transforming to host a pop-up bar inspired by the French Riviera: La Douce Heure. Created by St-Germain®, the elderflower liqueur, it’s already shaping up to be one of the season’s must-visit spots. On the menu: signature cocktails, irresistible ice cream, and top-notch dishes crafted by Chef Cyril Lignac. We’ll tell you everything about this new Parisian hotspot, where you can head to claim your spot in the sun.
A bubble of sweetness at sunset
In summer, evenings grow milder under the captivating light of the sunset. To capture these timeless moments, La Douce Heure has set up shop at the top of one of the capital’s most beautiful vantage points. Enjoy Paris in its most beautiful light, in an elegant setting. With views of the Opéra Garnier, Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower, savor the St-Germain® Spritz, a signature cocktail with refreshing notes and subtle hints of hand-picked elderflower liqueur.
A 100% fresh menu by Cyril Lignac
To round out the experience, Chef Cyril Lignac has created dishes to share, inspired by the delicate flavors of the St-Germain® Spritz and the South of France, where he loves to recharge. These recipes combine freshness and indulgence. On the menu:
- an assortment of raw vegetables and tzatziki topped with edible flowers : La Florale
- a sea bream carpaccio with watermelon and feta, elderflower vinaigrette, and a deviled egg with Vitello sauce: La Fraîcheur
- a Tarte Tropézienne from Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac with a peach and verbena salad and elderflower ice cream: La Douceur
