From March 12 to 15, 2026, the Destinations Naturetrade show returns to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for its 41st edition, which promises to be more immersive than ever. Over four days, 47,000 visitors are expected to attend the 6,500 m² exhibition to celebrate adventure in all its forms. Trekking, trail running, van life, cycling, Nordic walking, and responsible camping—here, we talk about escape, the great outdoors, and new ways of traveling.
In a context where tourism is evolving towards greater environmental awareness and authenticity, the event is establishing itself as a real compass for those who want to travel better, longer, and differently. With nearly 200 exhibitors—sports federations, specialized tour operators, equipment brands, adventurers, and content creators—Destinations Nature confirms its status as the benchmark for outdoor adventures and sports.
The big event for outdoor enthusiasts (and future adventurers)
If there is one figure that sums up the current craze, it is this: 27 million French people go hiking, making it the most popular sport in France in terms of volume. The great outdoors has never been so appealing.
At the show, four themed villages allow visitors to explore all facets of this growing passion. The Cycling Village celebrates cycling as a way of life, with a test track and inspiring conferences. The Vanlife Village celebrates freedom and nomadic getaways. The Hiking & Mountain Village brings together lovers of trails and summits. Not to mention the equipment area, where you can discover the latest innovations for sustainable and smart gear.
Another highlight is the Festival Expérience Nature, whose third edition will offer a selection of 10 adventure and van life films, with the creation of a Jury Prize. Enough to make you want to travel… without leaving Paris.
The Destination Nature trade show – A life-size playground for young and old
Destinations Nature is not just a show to browse, it’s an experience to be lived!
The Camp des Aventuriers welcomes families for fun learning sessions. On the program: an immersive, life-size escape game (mission: find a missing heart in 30 minutes), challenges, and intergenerational activities.
The curious can also try their hand at virtual paragliding, test equipment on a dedicated bike path, or participate in bike repair workshops. The Nature Workshop, free and accessible while space is available, teaches essential outdoor skills: filtering water, recognizing animal tracks, organizing your bag, or preparing a hiking first aid kit. Paid creative workshops even offer the chance to make your own plant-based balms or a survival bracelet.
Available from €10 in advance (free for under-18s), Destination Nature transforms Paris into a real base camp for adventurers.
