Do you usually drive to western Paris or Normandy? Starting November 16, one of the main sections of the A13 will be closed for 9 months. In fact, the Saint-Cloud Tunnel—part of which is not made of reinforced concrete—needs to be reinforced. These lengthy construction works will inevitably impact drivers…
Fortunately, Sébastien Lecornu announced this week that the A14 will be toll-free for the duration of the construction work. This toll-free policy will apply only on weekdays to relieve traffic on the smaller roads in Saint-Cloud, Meudon, and other areas that are likely to become congested very quickly.
Two detour routes will be set up from the ring road! One will start from the RN13 and connect to the A14, and the other will take you via the RD910 and then the RN118. This will allow you to reach the A86, the RN12, the A12, and a section of the A13 that is not affected by this construction.
As for public transportation, lines C, J, L, U, and N will have increased service during this extended period.
