Winner of the 2025 Grammy Awards, like Beyoncé, young singer Sabrina Carpenter now has (almost) nothing left to prove. In fact, her album ” Short n’ Sweet” alone contains several global hits: “Espresso” “Please, please, please”… You’ve no doubt already sung along to one of his sounds. But you may not have known that they were recorded… just a few miles from Paris!
Sabrina Carpenter: her album recorded just a few hours from Paris
On February 2, pop superstar Sabrina Carpenter won two Grammy Awards in the “Best Pop Solo Performance” category and also in the “Best Pop Vocal Album” category.

A fine victory for the singer, which she owes to her talent and, perhaps, a little to France. Indeed, a large part of her album was recorded in a pretty village in France: Chailland, in the Mayenne region. This charming village is about 3 hours by train from Paris.
It was here that the singer decided to work on her Short’n Sweet project in the summer of 2023. Improbable, isn’t it?
A quiet, creative village
