FcoAs you know, Paris will be inaugurating several new venues this year, some of which have been eagerly awaited for a long time: a luxury hotel on the most beautiful avenue in the world, restaurants, a cinema… Among the most eagerly awaited venues, Bergère X Paris is at the top of the list. This magnificent building perfectly illustrates the splendor of the Belle Époque. Formerly the headquarters of the very first BNP Paribas, the 26,000 m² building will reopen this year, completely transformed. It will feature a coworking space, a restaurant, a hotel, and a magnificent rooftop… Shall we give you a tour?
A Belle Époque gem opening soon… with a spectacular rooftop

You may have walked past it every day without knowing it… At 14 rue Bergère, in the 9th arrondissement, lies one of the little-known treasures of our heritage, the Bergère X Paris. Built almost 150 years ago , this spectacular building was originally the former headquarters of BNP Paribas. A secret location, purchased in 2019 and undergoing a facelift since 2023. Listed as a historic monument, you will discover a stunning 17-meter-high suspended glass roof, which alone testifies to the architectural prowess of the place.

On the ground floor, you will find a magnificent brasserie with 200 seats under the glass roof, bathed in light, a more cozy restaurant nestled in the inner courtyard, and a bar. A comfortable hotel and a spacious, modular coworking space will also be included. Those who want to unwind after work can head straight to the gym, which is open all day, self-service, and accessible to the public. But the highlight of the show will be on the 6th floor, where you will discover a magnificent green roof terrace: the Parisarium. With its panoramic bar, it will offer you a unique and breathtaking view of the beautiful rooftops of Paris. You can enjoy your cocktail and delicious tapas to share while watching the sunset… Sounds good, right?
In short, as you can see, this new lifestyle hotspot is really going to make a name for itself! See you in a few weeks to finally discover it for yourself.
