Rock en Seine, summer’s musical mecca
A not-to-be-missed event for music fans, Rock en Seine returns as usual at the end of August! For more than two decades, the event has brought together thousands of spectators (180,000 in 2024) over several days in the bucolic setting of the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud. With a line-up that combines big names in rock music, up-and-coming indie-rock stars, revelations from the French scene, artists to keep an eye on, rappers and renowned DJs… every year, the event manages to offer an eclectic, carefully-curated program that appeals to both the general public and more demanding festival-goers!
Artists not to be missed at Rock en Seine 2025
One of the highlights will undoubtedly be the exceptional appearance of rising American pop artist Chappell Roan, announced several months ago. Since then, the festival has completed its line-up, and these are the artists you’ll want to check out!
In the “heavyweight” category, there’s Queens of The Stone Age, the emblematic band of the stoner rock scene, electro duo Justice, and Kid Cudi (replacing ASAP Rocky). The big stages will also be packed with soul singer Jorja Smith, rapper Doecchi, the Americans of Vampire Weekend, Fontaines D.C., the indie rock sensation of 2024 , and Jamie xx, the prince of electro made in the UK, who will set the night alight on Saturday night! And don’t miss performances by psychedelic rock band Khruangbin and electro artist Caribou !
Last but not least, there will be so many other artists to discover and applaud, including Sharon Van Etten, WhoMadeWho, The Limiñanas, Bryan’s Magic Tears, John Maus, Kids Return and Dabeull!
