Rock en Seine, summer’s musical mecca
Every year for over two decades,Rock en Seine has been delighting fans of rock and pop concerts! Held at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud at the end of August, it attracts thousands of spectators over several days (180,000 last year) who come to enjoy the festival to their hearts’ content! Big names in rock, must-see artists, young talents of the moment, artists to watch, nuggets from the alternative scene or electro concerts/dj sets… the festival succeeds every time in offering an eclectic, carefully-curated program!
For the next edition, book the penultimate week of August, from the 20th to the 24th!

Which artists have the programmers got their hands on?
After announcing a few weeks ago the exceptional arrival of rising American pop artist Chappell Roan, accompanied by Suki Waterhouse, London Grammar and Luvcat, Rock en Seine has just sent out another salvo of names!
While we already had a glimpse of the opening night on Wednesday August 21, we now know which artists will be performing on the other days of the festival! Organizers have managed to recruit three music heavyweights with rapper ASAP Rocky, electro duo Justice and stoner rock band Queens of the Stone Age, who will perform on Thursday August 21, Saturday August 23 and Sunday August 24 respectively.
To this top trio, Rock en Seine has also added Jamie xx, the prince of electro made in the UK, the Americans of Vampire Weekend, rapper Doechii, soul singer Jorja Smith,electro artist Caribou, Fontaines D.C. and psychedelic rock band Khruangbin! Last but not least, Sharon Van Etten, Dabeull, Aurora, Stereophonics and Last Train will also be taking part!
With these 27 new names, the line-up is not yet complete, but it bodes well for the month of August!
