And at the start of this new year, the renowned chef is once again creating a stir. On Wednesday February 19, Disneyland Paris proudly announced the opening of Jean Imbert’s La Forêt secrète restaurant on March 7, 2025. And it’s in the heart of the prestigious Disneyland Hotel, the Park’s fairytale establishment, that the Chef will set down his knives and pans.
A new restaurant symbolically supported by this culinary virtuoso, who has also been passionate about the Disney universe since his earliest childhood. The essence of this restaurant – one of the most eagerly awaited of the new year? To offer gourmets a culinary experience inspired by the greatest Disney classics. And what better setting for this than the Disneyland Hotel, whose splendour and enchantment have already been proven?

Jean Imbert’s La Forêt secrète restaurant, open to all Disneyland Paris visitors and non-guests alike, will be the Disneyland Hotel’s third restaurant.
