Just a few days after the long-awaited finale of season 16 of Top Chef, here’s a piece of news that will delight all fans of TV’s most famous culinary competition: Charlie Anne is to sign the bistro menu of a restaurant in the Paris region! In the heart of Château Chanorier, you’ll finally be able to try the cuisine of this talented chef with crazy ideas!
A new restaurant in the Paris region by Charlie from Top Chef
Charlie, the man who dared to serve a duck’s head to the jury as a contest entry, is about to sign a new restaurant in the Paris region. In July, Le Chou de Chanorier will open its doors in the eponymous château in the town of Croissy-sur-Seine. And for the icing on the cake, this restaurant will be stamped “Bistrots Pas Parisiens”, which is synonymous with quality, while remaining accessible!

What can you expect at this establishment? Charlie Anne ‘s cooking style is deeply rooted in his Normandy roots, featuring local produce such as seaweed, mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes, with an approach that is both natural and sensory. He stands out for his bold creativity – whole duck necks, edible sand – but always in the service of emotion, paying homage to his roots and his family. His deceptively simple cuisine is based on technical mastery and strong storytelling! That, in a nutshell, is what one of our meals will be like. And as for the setting, it’s a lovely 17th-century château, whose old-world charm is a perfect match for its new, expanded program.
In short, there’s every reason to give this restaurant a try. Just wait a little longer!
