From November 2 to 8, Pitchfork takes over ten legendary venues, including the Trabendo, the Badaboum, and the Élysée Montmartre—a cancan ballroom turned historic monument with its wrought-iron framework designed by Eiffel. Its cutting-edge lineup features 90 in-demand artists, and with 15 years of curation under its belt, this anniversary edition promises, as always, some wonderful discoveries!
A ball from 1807 welcoming the voices of 2026
Before it was a concert hall,the Élysée Montmartre was a dance hall. Opened in 1807, it witnessed the birth of the French cancan under the brushstrokes of Toulouse-Lautrec, inspired Émile Zola in *L’Assommoir*, and trained the dancers who later founded the Moulin Rouge. At the end of the 19th century, its new owner commissioned architect Édouard Niermans to remodel the space, and he had a brilliant idea: to reuse the metal framework of the Pavillon de France from the 1889 World’s Fair, designed by a certain Gustave Eiffel. This iron skeleton was designated a historic monument in 1988. Since then, it has continued to reinvent itself.
It was here, in October 1997, that two Parisians in robot helmets played one of their very first live shows, just a few months after the release ofAround The World. Daft Punk hadn’t yet become legendary, and the audience didn’t yet know they were witnessing something historic. It is in this setting that the Pitchfork Music Festival Paris 2026 has chosen to set up its stage for its 15th edition. This anniversary edition boasts an unapologetic ambition: 7 days, 10 venues, 90 artists —a record.
Ten of the trendiest spots in Paris
The Élysée Montmartre (Boulevard de Rochechouart, 75018) takes center stage: an Eiffel-style framework, wooden floors, a living witness to the history of music. The Trabendo, nestled in the Parc de La Villette, hosts the most electronic artists. The Badaboum and the Café de la Danse, near Bastille, form the backbone of the avant-garde. La Mécanique Ondulatoire, the Supersonic, and the POPUP! round out the constellation. The logic is simple: each venue has its own sonic identity, and the programming adapts accordingly. You wouldn’t put on the same concert at Badaboum and the Élysée Montmartre.

November 2
Iceage
The Danishband Iceage kicks off the festivities on Monday, November 2, in the Main Room. Three years after their last visit to Paris, Elias Rønnenfelt & Co. return to promote For Love Of Grace & The Hereafter, their sixth album, which has already been named Album of the Week by several music publications. The raw indie rock of this Copenhagen-based band promises an electrifying opening night.
Headache — Vegyn
That same evening, at the Élysée Montmartre: Headache, the project by London-based producer Vegyn (the one to whom Air entrusted the complete reinterpretation of Moon Safari) and poet Francis Hornsby Clark. With dreamy instrumentals and robotic vocals, the duo has released two albums— The Head Hurts But The Heart Knows The Truth and Thank You For Almost Everything —whose raw melancholy will resonate particularly well on stage.
November 3
Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul
On November 3, the Belgian duo Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul takes the stage at the Élysée Montmartre alongside Tracey and Dumbhead. Charlotte Adigéry, a key figure in the Brussels electronic scene who trained in the City of Lights, brings her own unique brand of socially conscious pop to the stage. They will be joined by London-based Tracey, whose sound oscillates between Kylie Minogue and Crystal Castles.
AMORE & mori
This is one of the highlights of this edition: the presenceof AMORE, a Spanish artist, and the mori collective at Badaboum on November 3. A recognition of the vibrant Iberian creative scene, and a way for Pitchfork to remind us that the scene that matters knows no borders.
November 4
Bassvictim & ear
Over at the Trabendo, Bassvictim takes the stage on Wednesday the 4th, whileear —the duo Yaelle Avtan and Jonathan—makes its French debut at the same venue. One of the first appearances on French stages for these two projects, as Pitchfork has a knack for doing.
Pitchfork Avant-Garde: the festival’s off-circuit lineup
If the Main Event is the showcase,the Avant-Garde is the heart. From November 5 to 7, this parallel circuit takes over the Bastille neighborhood— Badaboum, Café de la Danse, La Mécanique Ondulatoire, POPUP!, Supersonic —for three nights dedicated to emerging artists from the electronic scene at the height of their freshness.
